Understanding your financial situation, we agreed in good faith.A week later, you informed us you were relocating to Hyderabad and requested a cancellation. Though we had already initiated the backend process with Invisalign, we still refunded the amount as a gesture of goodwill.Subsequently, you returned to us saying your relocation was no longer happening and wanted to restart treatment. We agreed again and you were clearly informed that this time, no cancellations or refunds would be possible.Your current refund request comes today after a month, when we’ve informed you that the Invisalign aligners have already been received at the clinic and you’re expected to make the balance payment for the same.We maintain full documentation and screenshots of all communication and transactions.
